Awesome job by the coaches. Val is a tremendous influence and motivator
Val has a way of motivating the athletes and getting them to push through the discomfort. He can keep it light but then turn up the heat when needed. Definitely a great place to train
When I first stepped into the facility I was amazed at the different levels of athletes. There were kids from all levels working hard to achieve their goals. Val the owner is amazing. He runs a great facility. Many young kids training and learning how to get in proper conditioning and physically fit. Great for all athletes. Very happy to find a great place for my son to learn how to work out properly.
