Dealt with Kalim. Who bailed on 2 scheduled meetings then came to see rental unit that needed work done only to be on the phone with someone else the entire time. He came 40 minutes prior to scheduled time so I had to deal with my cleaner and him at once. He looked at lights and left to his truck. Had to give keys to cleaners so he tells me to find someone else when I asked him we can do the work any day after tomorrow. Very unprofessional and slightly rude.
