I had a terrible experience at this bank. My mom had just passed away, and they played games with me. As an example, your brothers as beneficiaries have to be present in order to get the inheritance going. That was false information. I challenged the banker to her face on it and contacted my lawyer by phone, soon she said that a letter was fine. At this point, I had no trust.
