They were helpful enough when I inquired about the price differences if ordering directly from the Morimoto site, however I have had trouble getting replies for missing parts. Sent a message to their text line on Saturday (when they're closed) and did not receive an answer back until I texted them again at 12:30 in the afternoon. I am still waiting for a resolution. The service I've received so far has made it very difficult to be a repeat customer.
