Sadly, there is a rule that you can't call off more than 3 times before you reached your 90 day mark. well, i reached my 90 day mark and before it could process in a couple of days i was fired for asking to call off due to my then 8 month daughter being sick. The previous times i called off was either my daughter's daycare was closed or she was sick. Instead they Fired me and gave me a hard time. Since this was during covid honestly was more hurtful. ESS was a great company to work for I only worked here part-time for a couple of months while I was attending school. Kevin and Brian were very kind people and were always flexible with my school needs. I would recommend this job to anyone, would even consider going back for part-time work.
