We have had a horrible experience with Esquire Title. It has been two months from our closing and we are still working to get them to resolve the mistake they made. They mistakenly mailed one check to a different department of Capital One which caused weeks of effort on our behalf to settle the thousands of dollars mistake along with having to repair what that temporarily impacted our credit score.
