I initially reached out to Kent after receiving a letter from the IRS stating that I owed an exorbitant amount of money. I sent Kent all of my documents, and he quickly got to work—ultimately resolving the issue and reducing what I owed significantly. Since then, both my fiancé and I have trusted Kent to handle our taxes. He is extremely responsive, efficient, and always makes tax season feel much less stressful!

Does not respond back. Kent emailed to ask for more information, which I provided. He never emailed back, not very professional.
