Kent took the time to talk to me and give advice even though I do not actually need to file taxes right now. I will certainly hire him when I do.
I initially reached out to Kent after receiving a letter from the IRS stating that I owed an exorbitant amount of money. I sent Kent all of my documents, and he quickly got to work—ultimately resolving the issue and reducing what I owed significantly. Since then, both my fiancé and I have trusted Kent to handle our taxes. He is extremely responsive, efficient, and always makes tax season feel much less stressful!
