Amir is the best. Smoothest real estate transaction I've had. Would 10/10 recommend him and Esquire!
I would not recommend Embert Madison Jr. He failed to fulfill a contract with no cause or fault of our company. Shorting contractors isn't investing, its scamming. Him and his brokerage are the perfect example of people coming from California, investing in Cleveland. Thinking people in Cleveland are stupid.
