I chose the loft location to start a non-profit for veterans that teaches STEAM skills through a collaborative Maker Space (dandLyons Lab). It is a work in progress. After searching for a new place for six months and many rejections, we were starting to feel out of the rental market in Ventura. We had only two weeks to get out of the house we were living in was being sold. I got a phone call from Esquire that they had a place for us to look at.
