"My dealings with Michael McNeal have been profoundly frustrating and unacceptable. He coerced me into changing my review just to restore power to my home during extreme weather conditions, showing a shocking disregard for tenant safety. He took my bike, which had critical legal documents, and lied to the police about returning it. Debbie is incredibly rude. She was informed of a mouse problem in my unit in September. Once I was able to get a hold of her via phone call (not easy) she verbatim said that it "was not their problem". Well, months passed by and *surprise, surprise* it turns out it WAS their problem and an exterminator had to be called for our building. Be VERY cautious about renting from any building associated with these folks.
The owner accessed my personal information through inappropriate means in order to contact me directly regarding this review. Would not recommend this company in any professional manner.
Sure, Michael McNeil has over 25 years of experience. That doesn’t give me any confidence in him. That just tells me he is a boomer. He uses this excuse for everything. Thats why he and esquire property management are terrible. He can’t adapt to modern times and he is just very unprofessional from my interactions with him.
