Absolutely incompetent!
If I could put negative stars I would. They are the worst management company in NY. We are actually going to have to file suit to get back money from them that they stole. Just an awful company.
took over our coop, these guys charge a fee to pay maintenance electronically every month - LOL. Going back to bill pay I guess... sad
Use this company if you want to ruin your building and destroy your investment.
Current management - Mr. Morgan is tone-deaf. Management thinks he is the owner. He is a bully and a liar who thinks he can walk all over owners. The man needs additional oversight. Disregards our occupancy agreement, and decides house insurance is not going to be used when specifically called for. He just spent 5700 of cooperators money on an emergency that wasn't on work that previously cost 300.00. The wolf is guarding the hen-house or it's just a matter of incompetence.
