One of the wrost custiomer service a ever deal with. Even the lady just cut the phone call with me. I do not recomend use this company for anything at all. The professionalism level is cero.
The most unorganized, unprofessional and inept courier I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. This carrier was selected by Nordic Track to deliver fitness equipment to my home. The account manager, Chad, and Operations Manager, Debbie, have absolutely no idea what is going on with their drivers or their deliveries. After 4 scheduled deliveries, I am still left without the equipment I paid for. Horrible customer service!!!
Best Experience best service
Horrible experience so far. 3rd scheduled day waiting for them to pick up a piece of furniture and starting to realize they may never show up. There is always an excuse when I call them, driver had an emergency, couldn't make it anymore because it was late, blah, blah, blah. Unprofessional and unreliable! I'm still waiting and will update once they do their job, if they ever!!
