As other reviewers have stated....if I could five zero stars I would. This business is unprofessional, especially Ryan Nuemyer. They are not responsive and this community pays hoa fees for nothing when we cannot even enjoy the amenities. The communtiy room and pool has urine and feces in it multiple times during the summer. People multiple times have been caught having sex in the common area. Awful CEO and his employees follow his guidance. Lies, egotistical, impersonal, and is unlawful. Backhanded with comments and undermining. Do not be mislead by his responses, they are fake.

Absolutely terrible experience. I will first admit I misunderstood that all of my info would roll over in the takeover. So I never looked to see if my HOA dues were being pulled from my account. After 9 months I finally received an email from the prior owner (I bought the property in 2018 they took over Sept 2020) with a statement showing my HOA dues were unpaid. For 9 months I did not pay anything and they never contacted me. Never called me. Never sent a letter to my home address. I had to call and leave three voicemails ... read more
