I truly enjoyed my time living at Espirit Villas. The community is peaceful, family-friendly, and well taken care of — no issues with safety, homelessness, theft, or parking during my stay, which gave me complete peace of mind. The staff and workers here are always responsive and helpful, and the leasing office deserves a big thank you. 4 Yr Update: Choose an upstairs unit if you move here! The property is remodeling the units as people move out, changing from carpet to different flooring. Although it looks great, it's the absolute worst for those living in the downstairs units. The windows rattle constantly from upstairs neighbors walking around. Luckily new units have replaced windows which hopefully eliminates that. Regardless, the walls are thin so you'll hear every single step above you loud and clear. I lived in this apartments 4 years, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. It’s very nice , green, well maintained! Any problem you have related to apartments- office managers will help quickly! They always try to help and do best ! Thank you Lisa and Kim! Also it’s walkable to the shopping place(target behind, asian store, sprouts, Marshall’s, hobby Lobby and etc). The have inside washing and dryer machines - very helpful! If you looking for good , not pricy and in a good area- go with it !
Lived here for 3years and left because they kept raising the prices. It’s disgusting that they think can charge people like that for housing. Our rent would’ve increased by 9% and with water and pet rent - easily over $3,000 a month. In between those 3years, they misplaced our leasing files and asked us if we had them. Which heck yah I did, everything is digital and sent via email. If you ever work from home, you should not even consider this property. Constant stream of loud contractors with zero warning or consideration for the needs of the tenants.
