Amazing customer service,drinks are some of the best coffee I've ever had 10/10 must have again someday soon
This is a great place to get all your coffee supplies. They also offers training classes for up-and-coming baristas, for both home use machines and new careers as a coffee barista. Robbie was our trainer and he was awesome! The staff there was also very courteous and helpful. They had great suggestions for other products that they offer. I will be going back!
My company has been a loyal customer of Caffé D'arte for five years, but my recent experience was disappointing. When I placed an order for pick up, the young lady got the number of items wrong, and I received the incorrect item. When I called to address the issue, she was dismissive and unapologetic. It is clear that there is a need for better training and customer service at this store.
