Staff was very helpful and nice.
They are an authorized UPS drop off. They wanted to charge a $1 for each box already labeled ready to drop off box. I took the packages somewhere else. I’ve dropped off a lot of ups packages at drop locations and have never been charged. That is 100% pure GREED. Which definitely warrants a 1 star review.

The ladies did an amazing job on our wedding programs and Melanie's daughter even was able to do a QR code for us for quest to upload photos to our wedding album! They are always so pleasant when I go in! Thank you so much!
