This company is the real deal and should be the first place you visit for machine servicing and repairs. My 12 year old machine had developed some faults and they quickly found the problem. They let me know that it was going to be more expensive than was originally hoped. (only marginally so!) I had the work carried out and found that the slightly increased bill included a new pump, element and a full service. (including accurate pressure adjustment with a scace.) I took my beloved VBM espresso machine in need of a full service, to Espresso Maintenance and found that the guys (Lino, Marchant and Thomas) to be very professional and took great care of my machine. I am now enjoying the best coffee I have had in years from my VBM .. love this machine, thank you guys!
