Never answer the phone
I was hoping to purchase an espresso machine. Went on Friday, August 2. The owner was not in as I had questions, being this would be my first purchase. I was told by his associate that he would be in on Monday August 5. I stopped in again this morning and was informed he was out again. I live a little bit of a distance and that was my last attempt to try to purchase through them. I was hoping to buy from a local business. I would say call first to ensure someone is available at this business to answer your questions.
Thank you for resuscitating her! Over ten years old, and she is working like new.
