Absolutely love this space! Gardens outside, perfect vibe inside, good drinks and wonderful staff.
My fav in Lynnwood. Great coffee and chai. Sweet barristas. Love the pond walk around back. Special place to meet. My grandson & I consider this our special place. ☕☕
I was in between meetings and needed a snack and some WiFi and found this place. It's a bit hidden but full of wonderful gardens, great tea and the most adorable owner/barista I've ever met. She is so friendly and funny. Support small business and go see this lady!

Great atmosphere and it was quiet so I could study. This might be my new bad day spot, just a very inviting atmosphere. I drive by this place everyday and finally stopped in today before class to study and check it out. I got a vanilla latte that I immediately downed but can't wait to try something with lavender next time! There espresso isn't over powering and pairs well with their syrup choice. Totally going to be bringing my sister here for our next coffee date. just a perfect quiet sit down place!
