Appalling apartments and customer service. My mother showed up for her much-anticipated birthday trip to be told in the middle of the night by random strangers that the penthouse apartment she booked had been sold and she was not told a single thing beforehand. Was given another apartment that was dirty and shabby - with paint peeling from the walls. Not offered a penny back. Avoid at all costs.

Good area, close to everything. However, getting into the building sometimes proved difficult. We were lucky enough that a resident would come in and let us in. Parking is a big problem. At first it seems like there is a lot of on street availability, but that is not the case. Be warned.

Great location right on our Bay.Spacious and luxurious apartment with all the amenities needed to complete your stay.Secure parking included and wifi..Foxtel supplied just sit back and relax in our beautiful Melbourne. I have stayed with Espresso on many occasions and will continue to do so as it ticks all my boxes.
