Staff was extremely rude when I called. "Let me cut you off here..." were the exact words. A place is only as good as the people who run it. And all I was doing was helping them out by calling to ensure they approved our organization to adopt a kitten to a tenant. I have never been yelled at by a landlord. Wow.
