Changing my review after four years. Store never returned a phone call on lawnmower repair. Lawnmower has been there for four weeks roughly, and they still do not call . Will update if they get to my lawn mower on Tuesday. FYI if a business chain or mom and pop store state if someone comes in we deem more important than you, your service will get pushed back go to another business.

ONE AND DONE - NEVER AGAIN I called on April 17 to get a cost to service my riding mower and when could they pick it up. I was told no more than $100 and they can pick it up in 2 weeks. I called back on May 9 (3 weeks later) asking when the mower will be picked up. I called again on June 1 (3 weeks later) asking when can you pick the mower up? It was finally picked up that afternoon. The mower was finally delivered back to me (after many phone calls) on June 20 (again, almost 3 weeks later). Afterwards I was presented with t... read more

They tried and tried to get be a tractor battery. Spent a lot of time researching.

Dropped off a mower that wouldn't start at the end of the day. There were no mechanics around so I was told to bring it around back and put a tag on it. I called the next day to check the status, and the said it was going to be weeks before they get to it. I went and picked it up and took it to Lieser's in Forks. They had it running a few days later with a carb clean for about half as much as these guys charge.
