I was a Club studio member until today. I came LITERALLY 2 min late to a class and I was refused to go to my class so they can charge me the $10 no show up fee. I've been going to this class 87 times within the past 7 months and in EVERY single class they let people in when they are late. Supposedly they have a 2 min grace ******* They let today another member that was on the waiting list in a min before the class started!! Overall they have done this to me personally 3-4 times. I signed up for a personal trainer for 12 months. A few months into the sessions, I was diagnosed with a medical condition which would not allow me to continue the sessions. Provided a doctors note as requested and two months later still being charged. My bank is now investigating this matter. As a consumer and LA fitness being a large company, it shouldnt have to come to this.

Provided a doctors note as requested and two months later still being charged. My bank is now investigating this matter. As a consumer and LA fitness being a large company, it shouldnt have to come to this.
