I dont even want to give one star. I am trying to cancel my membership and they keep saying only the manager can do it and she is OFF, seriously. No one else can do it. While signing up and taking money anyone can take it, at anytime even when they have a minute to close. But when you try to cancel they speak all the rules saying she is not here, I should call before coming, etc, seriously a rip off organization. NEVER EVER GO TO THEM EVEN THEY GIVE IT for FREE. Staff are rude and not helpful, Never see the invisible manager... read more
