Front desk employees are clueless and most of the time try to avoid looking at you. There is a nice young man who did help us and kudos to him! I watched while two large men who had just worked out dripping in sweat (never showered off) jump in the hot tub flip flops and all. GROSS! Not one employee monitors the pool area . We reported the sweaty men jumping in the hot tub and all the two front desk employees did was snicker. The equipment is not wiped down properly after closing.
