The A C doesn't seem to be working or it's set too high.I was told it's because of the outside weather being hot.That's inane. I have to leave sometimes half way through my exercises due to the heat inside.The machines are not kept in good condition. It takes many weeks / months for repairs.Knobs are missing and seats are torn / worn.Handicapped bathroom door is locked due to a broken toilet. GET ANOTHER TOILET !

I'm surprised how this fitness center is still operating. They force you to go into the store when a manager is there to cancel your membership. The time you your self are typically working.. OR go in to a *********** and send them certified mail.We are in 2022, peoples glasses can connect to the internet. You can strap goggles to your face and walk in a VR world with someone across the planet but you cant cancel my membership online? Despite having an account!? Wonder why its not easier. Not. "'A' rating, 1.1/5 stars for customer reviews".I could not summarize ******************** and **********************'s policies better than the direct quote above. Deny "pay to play" all you want BBB, if a business has a 1.1/5 star rating out of over ***** reviews, and yet that business has an 'A' rating, your rating system is complete BS.LA Fitness deliberately requires a mailed in person letter to cancel. 5/19/22 was a horrible day for me at ***************** in *******. I attend this location 5-6x a week along with my two little ones who adore kidz klub. Around 11:15am I walked pass the sales associate (*****,Jericky& ****) greeting them like usual. After greeting them I told the boys that I was going to work on arms today since I was running slim on time. Watch out for the upsell when getting a membership. Rules are loosely explained and strictly enforced.Impossible to get in touch with someone to make changes to your membership. Local club tells me to call corporate office. When I go to corporate website it pushes me back to local club.

It *****, I opened an LA fitness membership on Feb 18, 2022, at *****************************************************************************************, I went there for swimming, and the pool was always closed, and then I canceled my membership at the front desk just 3 days membership, the girl at the front desk did something in her computer and told me you are all set, your membership is canceled.Then I just back home and ever not go there any more, because I thought my membership has been canceled, I am not member there... read more

I am disappointed by the management and staff of this gym. I mainly joined this gym due to its ******* **** location. When touring this gym, ***** never disclose that the ******* **** location would be unavailable in 2 months, nor did he chose to disclose there $30 cancellation policy. I've called multiple times to cancel my membership but I was continuously told that I either had to mail in a form or come into the gym to cancel it. I was harassed by a male member of the gym I formerly attended. LA Fitness in ************ on Valley View. This incident happened at around 9:30pm PT on Wednesday May 4th. I confronted the individual for what I felt was unsolicited and inappropriate behavior-- i felt that he had been following me around at the gym.
