Ive been a customer for three years. Last week I moved from ********* to **. When I walked into the gym in ** I notified them of the move. They told me I had to get a new membership and charged me first and last months fees eventhough when I signed up I was already charged that three years ago. I was given a 5 day personal training trial by the personal training *********** could cancel any time. First day for ***** I show up & theres no trainer available, I go in the next day to cancel nobody is there. Now im trying to cancel but I have to pay 50% when Ive never used this program! & the PT manager ****** recall giving us that 5 day trial because he knows he wasnt doing his job! DONT SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING! ITS A SCAM!

As of today, its been about 7 weeks without the mens sauna.The sauna is a big part of my routine.No one knows when it will be fixed...I do not recommend using this location (*********, ga ).

You'd want to read this before visiting this location! Beware!!! I'm warning you if this was the last option on your list for gym to go to I would recommend you do your workout at home. If you've ever visit this location in the past and had a better experience I'm letting you know now that this is NOT the same gym anymore. This is my third time visiting this location and the last time visiting this LAFITNESS/ESPORTA. This is so mind blowing how EXTREMELY DISGUSTING this gym is. First, I've called corporate numerous times about broken TVs and equipment. No one cares. They already have your money and refuse to fix anything. Second I wanted to downgrade my membership. I was told i would have to cancel my current membership and pay for new one and pay the initiation fee all over again. Shadiest company ever. They must be in bed with the BBB as they wont let me file a complaint.

Signed up to la fitness nearly 1 month ago, when getting my gym membership and signing up for personal training, the guy explained the personal training contract in terms of me being able to pay for one month, then proceeded to skim through everything not allowing me to fully read the contract and I was told I can continue paying if I liked the service and that the trainer would be someone of his quality, my first day of personal training the trainer showed up 30 mins late and was on his phone throughout the session, they fi... read more

The LA Fitness in ****** ******* is a disgrace to the franchise. I am a teacher and I have a membership with LA Fitness and then signed a contract for a personal trainer so that I could improve my physical well-being. I started out with one trainer. Then I was given another trainer. He worked consistently for about 5 months. Then he started calling off and I was not getting my sessions. He came back then did the same thing again. Their cancellation policy is a scam and they don't care about their members at all. I was a member since 2020. Like other people who started a gym membership, I wanted to have a healthier life style and work out more. I even signed up for expensive personal trainer program. I have been a member since 2017. Working out 5-6 days a week. The gym used to be clean and the equipment was well taken care of. On December 2022, two of the cable machines broke and they are yet to be fixed. Last week, two more broke, and I believe another one just broke more recently. Where is the maintenance team at?? People are crowding the cable machines and everyone is frustrated. Why are we even paying for the membership when even some of the dumbbells and the ** bars are missing?? This is ridiculous.
