Called and talked to Kysean on the phone, he was wonderful and helped get me signed up on a great deal with a full explanation of what I was signing up for, great service.
Locations very clean, and organized I like the layout. Not crowded at all so easy to train. Staff are all nice people. The turf is also in a separate room so doesn't impede others like I've seen at other locations. It is like a signature merged with a standard club which is cool. Equipment always top notch too. Rochester should take notes from these guys. Its worth the extra drive to not deal with all the hassles in the Rochester market. Plenty to do in Buffalo as well.
I always go to this gym. It stays really clean and I always see the staff cleaning every time I go in (especially the cleaner(s) who are there on weekday evenings)
