Pool is not functional but it’s still clearly listed online. When asking about it they have all type of vague excuses. It’s being contracted out they don’t have a specific time etc. For people joining specifically for pool access this is not the one to join right now.
This location had a gym bag policy where you couldn't bring a bag in the basketball court. Now, every little entitled kids brings a bag inside there...getting out of hand and getting too ghetto
Coming to gyms like this makes me grateful I don't need to on a typical day 😑 The amount of disrespect and complete disregard for gym etiquette is disgusting to be polite about it. A gym is not your living room or backyard. Have some class and keep your mouth shut. Please and thank you. 🤌 Equipment is nice at least. The atmosphere and members ruin it for the rest.
Utterly unprofessional. Walked in on a Saturday morning as I was interested in joining and was meeting my girlfriend as that’s her usual time working out . I used the restroom and was interested in joining as after I left I contacted the Clarence location as it was closer to join. It got back to me that the feedback from the front desk that I should stick to Planet Fitness as I would not be able to afford LA Fitness. This came from someone that knew my financials.
