I don’t work at La Fitness , I shouldn’t have to pick up a hand scanner to scan my membership,
I had an uncomfortable experience at this location involving a senior staff member/supervisor named Ryan. I want to be clear that this is not a complaint about the staff as a whole; many of the employees at this location have been friendly and professional. My concern is specifically with how Ryan handled a situation I witnessed. While I was briefly speaking with the General Manager, I saw Ryan address her in a rude and demeaning way over a front desk check-in issue. Great club. Has a lot of machinery for working.
