I just took my ring to Espling Jewelers on San Jose because the stone in my engagement ring was loose for the 3rd time. The jeweler took a look at it, tightened it, and said it may not need the expense of a new setting and handed it back to me no charge! I will DEFINITELY bring it back if it does become loose again!
