Very nice building. Recently updated. Next to a beautiful park. Well kept up with many amenities and nice neighbors
The association breaks their own rules when it suits their needs. First Service Residential is the lowest level of management company. They bring down the quality of living in our building!
Board member Marilyn Zelin, takes illegal action of having her information sheet placed under my door due to she forgets to include it in the packet sent out for the next election. She illegally has one slid under my door. This is a violation of association rules.
