My hall way flooding out from my ac unit that why the last tent most likely moved out management is nice but they let this place go and it's not her fault it's the owners fault
AC has been out for weeks. It's 90-100 degrees outside and I can't get anyone to fix it. No one answers the phones at the office. No one emails back. I'm paying $400 a month to OGE for my AC that doesn't even work. This APT complex could care less. They only care about rent being paid. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL HATE IT
High rent plus the utilities you have to pay along with your rent are high. Management refuses to show where they get the figures to charge for the excessive water, sewage, and garbage. Usually close to $200 each month. This review is a few months after my first review above. Since February 2025, have been experiencing excessive flooding in our apartment.
