Please do not move here. Nothing is worth this. You will pay money to suffer. And that's why the property owners contracted the new management company: to make tenants suffer. Great place for a trap house. Horrible for everyone else.
Since RYSE mgmt took over a few months ago, it's gotten worse. Not only does nothing get fixed, but management will target you if you raise an issue. They don't have maintenance or emergency maintenance. They say they do. They have a number for them even, but no one ever answers. You have to call the fire department to help you with emergency maintenance. Then the fire department chastises you for not calling the emergency maintenance, even though you did, but they don't exist. Then, you have to spend your own money to fix r... read more
**Don’t live here!!** Zero stars if I could. I hate to do this but I have been told by former management to leave a review here in the hopes the owners see it and do something. Our kitchen sink has been backing up anytime upstairs or next door is used since February 7th. Our master bathroom sink has been unusable since the snow storm 1/24. Both because of a clog in the line. There’s no emergency maintenance line easily accessed. There’s rarely anyone in the office who can help. Calling usually goes to a voicemail that never ... read more
