My husband and I lived here for about 7 months and had a wonderful experience. We moved from out of state and had no way of touring before we moved in, but the nice ladies who work here sent us a video of our entire unit so we knew exactly what we were moving in to. Our unit was spacious with two big storage closets, large bathrooms, and a cozy living area. Harassment
Lived here for a year and three months while stationed at Vance. I’d say the complex is well managed, with attentive property management and maintenance. I will say that the main drawback is that the property itself seemed to me to be built somewhat on the cheap, not to say the units aren’t pleasant, in fact they are great, not only for the area but in general, though the quality of construction may be evident in such things as insulation and propensity to flood. These people will put anything on your credit score. I was there back in 2021 ended up talking to the company that owns them down in Texas and they said they would take it off my credit for almost 5 years later. Still nothing. Over a carpet that had stains and needed to be replaced paid around 1k and still on my credit score don’t trust them
Wonderful and feels very luxurious. I appreciate the staff so very much as they are always very nice and responsive. I couldn’t be any happier. Only thing I could ask for is I wished they would let me paint and/or wallpaper. You won’t be disappointed here!
