These people will put anything on your credit score. I was there back in 2021 ended up talking to the company that owns them down in Texas and they said they would take it off my credit for almost 5 years later. Still nothing. Over a carpet that had stains and needed to be replaced paid around 1k and still on my credit score don’t trust them

Wonderful and feels very luxurious. I appreciate the staff so very much as they are always very nice and responsive. I couldn’t be any happier. Only thing I could ask for is I wished they would let me paint and/or wallpaper. You won’t be disappointed here!

Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. These apartments may look nice from the outside, but once you move in, you'll quickly see the reality: poor-quality paint jobs, broken appliances, malfunctioning gas dispersal systems, and more. When we first moved to Enid, I was contacted by a leasing agent named Sarah after filling out an online form. Okay apartment. Definitely some downsides. They raise rent by 4.21% every year (yes, I actually did the math), which is way above inflation. It’s also really hard to get ahold of the staff. They rarely respond, and when they do, it takes forever—so don’t expect quick help with anything. The biggest issue is the train. There’s a very active track right next to the apartment, and the horn goes off literally every 10 minutes, even at night. It will wake you up—every night.
