Gorgeous community and amenities. The pool and fitness center is just like a resort!! The decorated models were stunning!

I’ve been in my home a little over a year. The warranty department was quick to respond to any issues and concerns during my warranty period. I’ve found the amenity center staff to be warm and helpful with any concerns I’ve had, especially when we first moved in. We knew moving in that lawn maintenance was commercial style. We were told. Poor excuse for a builder. Been here a year and a half, still waiting on repairs and warranty work. Over sprayed my house , outdoor kitchen/patio area and 2 of my vehicles as they painted the neighbors house. Drainage issue continues with excuses from the top down. Poor craftsmanship with no supervision. Be careful of the fine print about issues. Contract states arbitration must be originated by an Attorney.
