I have family living here and it's nice and clean
HORRIBLE!! I was delivering to this place and trying to find a building number is almost impossible while your driving you have to park the car get out and literally walk around the building to find the numbers which are often hidden by the trees or the parking shad that they have or are so old you can even tell what number it is. I go to the front to see if they have a map available so I can find the building and no map available, what complex doesn’t have one map horrible to deliver to.
Apts look nice but for a delivery driver its awful. Cant see any building numbers. Wish apt complex would realize you cant see at night and make the numbers on the buildings bigger , lower, and lit
I’ve lived here for 3 years. And somehow, this place can’t keep the pool clean and open. It’s late summer and the main pool has been closed for 2 weeks. (I don’t care. Prepare yourself. It’s peak pool time) this photo is the secondary pool and who would swim in this???? How hard is it to maintain an overpriced property???
Just moved into Esplanade about a week ago and I’ve been really happy with everything so far. The move-in process was smooth, the staff was super helpful and responsive, and the apartment itself is clean and spacious. I love how quiet the community is—it’s been easy to settle in and feel at home. The location is super convenient too, with stores and restaurants nearby. So far, everything has been as advertised (if not better), and I’m really glad I chose this place.
