I’m sick and tired of this management. This jacuzzi situation is becoming a real problem I pay almost $1700 for my bedroom I work like a dog and everytime I have a day off and wanna relax in the jacuzzi that I pay for it’s never working. I call the management on site and the have told me multiple times I don’t know or have no clue when it will be fixed. This is unprofessional I live in apt 2231 please reach out asap I’m tired of this bs please And thank you
I live here an these apt suck ssa I’ve lived here for over 10years and never experienced the crappy service that I have in this year with the new slums of management that has taken over they respond to work orders but will threaten your living situation with all these notes like your not going to pay your rent then no one ever answers the phones it took them a week an half to replace a kitchen light I do not recommend living here at all cat an dog shit all in our stair wells mind you I live on the 3rd floor dare to think you... read more
We just moved about a month ago. The staff were very friendly. Parking is a bit of an issue but we have a garage; still waiting for a carport to open up where we’re at so we can purchase. I put in a couple maintenance requests and they were completed within a day or two, I really appreciated that. It’s quiet and clean. Overall we love it. Will come back and change this if necessary.
I would like to recognize the new management team that has recently taken over our community. Transitions like this are never easy, but they have handled it with professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to residents. I especially appreciate the donation drive they hosted, which truly showed their dedication to giving back and bringing the community together. All reviews prior to October 2025 are accurate but the complex has been taken over by a new management company FPI management and they are awful. Since they’ve taken over the complex is going downhill quickly. The trash is getting crazy. We have Valet and they do not pick up the trash daily any more. My neighbors trash has been blocking the walk path for days and there is trash in front of so many doors is gross.
