After searching for homes for me and my babies for months, I applied to Esplanade apartments and was ecstatic to be approved with keys in hand within 48 hours. Ashley and Marnisha were amazing in helping me through the process, and I can't thank them enough. During my 3 months here, I've seen Esplanade making positive changes and renovations, and I've had no complaints or issues. I'm excited to see how the Esplanade community continues to grow and improve!

This apartment complex has a big problem with staying out of electrical code violations. Certain pieces of equipment are presenting hazards to our kids besides I see this unit contains a lot of scouts and adversary agents! They have no consideration for the environment on full display is a lack of concern for the way they dispose of their waste. I would like to tell God thank you for allowing Raven and her wonderful team for helping me and my kids when we didn't have a place to stay I would like to thank y'all so much this is a great place nice and quiet and I love my apartment I would like to tell you guys thank you so much big shout out to Raven for letting God use you to help me in my family I love the complex very nice 🙏🙏
