Excellent service
It was my first visit and Nicole was very patient and nice throughout new patient onboarding process. She answered all my questions patiently and was very gentle throughout. Dr. Scot was very nice, friendly and gave valuable advice. They both came up with a treatment plan and ensure I knew about the out of pocket expenditure. The receptionist Gabriel and the person helping with estimates were very helpful too. Overall, amazing experience and I highly recommend them.
I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with this office. Nearly every appointment I’ve scheduled has been rescheduled by them the day before due to “scheduling conflicts.” I completely understand that occasional conflicts happen, but when it becomes a pattern at almost every visit, it starts to feel extremely disrespectful of patients’ time. Amazing service! Fast, and the staff is so kind. I forgot my HSA card at home and they let me call them back for payment once I got home. I cannot recommend them enough!
