Completed my 1.5 hour intake cleaning and examination. Stephanie and Dr. Brett were excellent. Very comfortable and professional. Three in our family at Espire.
This practice will not tell you how much it cost beforehand, then spring hundreds of dollars that your insurance won’t cover, don’t go here, plenty of other good, kind dentists. This one only cares about money.
The staff is great. They’re very competent, professional and friendly. I would refer others to them.
Dental work completed was fine. However, was not informed by desk staff at anytime between booking and two different appointments (7days apart), that insurance wouldn’t be accepted and the provider was out of network. Just received a bill for nearly $1k over a month after the procedures. Why was I not informed the provider was out of network after I submitted insurance prior to appointments? Why was I not informed in the 7days after first procedure, prior to the second procedure? Insurance billing says they took 6 days after... read more
