Emilio and his team are excellent! Emilio helped me buy my first property and rent it out as well. He was always very helpful and communicated so well and answered any questions I had promptly. Emilo was bullying me. Didn't respond to my email. I didn't understand open house is a problem and he didn't want to do after starting it is still a big question for me!!! Ours home was unique and photo was terrible. Never again. Big commission for no work
I would err on the side of caution with one of the associates on the team. In particular, with Matthew. You would think he had such a kind and professional persona, but it’s an act that he puts on for customers. He is in fact a very disrespectful individual outside of the office, in the real world. Although he may act friendly and kind in the office, he is extremely 2 faced, it’s actually astonishing.
