Esperto Builders helped us turn a basic one-story home into something much more. We added a large second-story addition with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a loft. The team handled everything from structural engineering to permits. They installed a new staircase and reinforced the existing beams below. Martin was hands-on and explained each phase clearly. The upper level is new, looks great, and gives us much-needed space without changing our footprint. They made a big job feel manageable from start to finish.

Our old bathroom had a weird layout, with the toilet in a corner behind the door. Paul helped us rework the floor plan so everything lined up better. They removed a wall and moved the shower to a central spot. The space feels twice as big, even with the same square footage. They also added new lighting and a floating vanity that makes cleaning easier. Their team worked fast and cleaned up every day.

Esperto Builders remodeled our kitchen dining area and added a walk-in pantry. Because the project needed a significant layout change and a slight kitchen extension, they restructured the load-bearing walls. They added recessed beams, making the transition between the spaces natural. The kitchen features custom cabinets, stone counters, and a wide layout, allowing multiple people to cook simultaneously.
