I would highly recommend Brenda/Esperanza mental health. I have been working with her for sometime now and she is absolutely fantastic in every way. She really listens and is sure to understand you and your needs and works with you to create a plan to help you become the best version of yourself.
Brenda has truly changed my life. I’ve been seeing doctors my whole life for different anxiety/panic issues with no luck. And within one session, Brenda was able to diagnose and treat me and cut my anxiety in half. I cannot recommend her enough. My only regret is not coming to see her sooner.
