I rented a property through Gary Espeland for two years and never had a pleasant encounter with the man throughout the duration of that time. It would usually take him about two weeks to reply to our phone calls and was unavailable a majority of the time. He made egregious claims about the condition the property was left in and charged us an extra weeks rent because the yard wasn't up to his standard.
