I was surprised at some of the negative reviews as our experience was overwhelmingly positive. The techs, receptionist and vet were so warm/lovely and so unbelievably kind to our two cats we brought in after way too long of a pause in check ups. All of the staff members handled our cats with care and attention and emphasized that they wanted to keep the stress of the examination/lab collection as minimal as possible. I was referred here by a friend. Really lovely team, from the front office staff to the vet himself, everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and confident in their capabilities . Glad I chose here.
So patient and caring. Very fast check in and check out. Accurate estimates before performing services. I didn't feel rushed at all and they were very kind to both me and my dog, thank you so much for the stellar experience.
