I've had a couple of experiences with Esparza Brothers Plumbers, and both times they were great to work with. The first time was at my old rental in Colorado Springs, where Julian came out and fixed the plumbing issue quickly—he was really friendly and professional. When we moved into our own house, we found out there were roots growing in the sewer lines, probably because the place was empty for a while. Randall and his team were professional and helpful every step of the way. When they came out to give an estimate, Randall took the time to clearly explain what needed to be fixed with the plumbing, and I got the proposal the same day. The city said the water leak was on our side, but after Randall dug it up, he spoke directly with the city and showed them it was actually their responsibility. Randall was fantastic. I called in a hurry because my outdoor faucet was leaking and needed fixing. I called early in the day, and just a couple of hours later, Randall and Malachi showed up ready to help. They did an excellent job, were very friendly, and explained everything as they worked. Julian came out today to install an expansion tank on our water heater and check on some noisy pipes that were humming. He did a thorough job, quickly finding the source of the noise and replacing a faulty pressure valve, which stopped the loud humming right away. Julian was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The pricing for the work, including replacing some copper piping, was explained up front so there were no surprises.
