Kim has completely destroyed and burned my beautiful long lower back length hair 6 months ago and now I’m forced to have chin length bob by cutting off all the damaged and there’s still some left. I had hair literally melted off right in front of my eyes. Disgusting and incompetent AVOID KIM bleaching your hair at all cost. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
