I love coming to ESP for my supplies! Maddie is so helpful! She has good information on all of the products stocked, and knows exactly what to recommend and where to find it. She’s been so helpful, sets stuff aside for me to pick up when I’m in a rush, and orders stuff in for me when it’s not in stock. The entire team is great, friendly, takes care of their customers, and is familiar with their regulars and their needs. So sad to see the Thunder Bay location go, it will be missed!

Disappointed to say the least, the lady behind the counter wasn't the professional, lovely ladies I have been used to dealing with for the last 5 years. Ronnie made that store what it is. Lately the lady behind the counter doesnt know products, where theyre located, doesnt know discounts or sale pricing and she isn't friendly.
