Sarah and Miranda are the best! Very friendly and full of product knowledge! It’s always a pleasure shopping here. ESP has always been my go to for hair and nail everything. I am especially excited that they are converting to modern beauty, it is now a one stop shop!

I love coming to ESP for my supplies! Maddie is so helpful! She has good information on all of the products stocked, and knows exactly what to recommend and where to find it. She’s been so helpful, sets stuff aside for me to pick up when I’m in a rush, and orders stuff in for me when it’s not in stock. The entire team is great, friendly, takes care of their customers, and is familiar with their regulars and their needs. So sad to see the Thunder Bay location go, it will be missed!
