Staff is very kind and I never wait 2 be seen the Doc and Emma always explain everything. 2 me I get excellent care
Excellent care, they always check to make sure you are feeling well and anything new with your family also. Receptionist is kind, caring, and helpful to everyone as they enter the office. All procedures explained and done gently. Students are great, thorough and professional and Emma Cotton is the best, so compassionate and wants the best for her patients. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.
Excellent service Doctor Merchia is very good. The 2 new young students were really good also. I wish them a wonderful career in the medical field.
ESP Medical provides excellent service from the moment you step into the office until you leave. The secretaries always greet me with a warm smile and are attentive to my scheduling needs. When I have blood work done, I barely feel it because their professional is highly skilled. I couldn’t ask for better physicians. Dr. Merchia and Emma are both attentive to my GYN needs.
