I love Dr. Merchia and his staff! I came to him after a bad experience in the past with a procedure I needed to have done again. I went in with a ton of fear and anxieity. Dr. Merchia and his team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and I was able to get through it with very minimal pain! I have seen Dr. Merchia in his office three times so far. He has a great personality and is super competent. He was also recently my surgeon, and I have been so happy about his caring for me. Dr. Merchia’s PA and nurses all make me feel special. I highly recommend this practice.
Staff is very kind and I never wait 2 be seen the Doc and Emma always explain everything. 2 me I get excellent care
Excellent care, they always check to make sure you are feeling well and anything new with your family also. Receptionist is kind, caring, and helpful to everyone as they enter the office. All procedures explained and done gently. Students are great, thorough and professional and Emma Cotton is the best, so compassionate and wants the best for her patients. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.
