Mike did very nice job for fixing my gutter issues! He is professional and observant person. I will give him a big thumb up! I also want to thanks Carol and Linda to respond to customer quickly. ESP is a good reliable company.
These business in completely unreliable, waiting over 6 months for them to address a missing piece of siding that was warranted by them and the builder, still not action or repsonse.
Terrible experience setting up an appointment. Hard to reach and takes a very long time to setup a time. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, nobody showed up. This happened twice and still waiting for follow up.

NO STARS. We bought a new home 5 years ago and Exterior Specialties of PA was the roofing contractor. We hired an independent home inspector right after settlement (Because Kay Builders is a terrible builder), and found the roof had so many issues that they suggested a complete redo. Giving ESP the benefit of the doubt, we allowed them to come out and fix all of the nail pops, exposed nails, and torn shingles.
