Our family Our family had the misfortune of a flood in our home while we were out of town late last summer. Our insurance carrier, AAA, suggested ESN for immediate remediation and flood damage. Your team responded quickly and efficiently from the first person setting foot in our home (Rod) to the entire team responsible for damage assessment, cleanup, restoration and moving the contents of our home in and out.
Lucky We recently experienced a water leak and I had to call our insurance company (AAA), and in turn I was contacted by the adjuster for this claim. We were very fortunate that your company was assigned this restoration. Your company responded so promptly with fans to dry the rugs before mold set in. ESN is very lucky to have hired such trust-worthy and hardworking people. I cannot find the correct words to express my gratitude for a job well done. Your workers performed their jobs with efficiency and professionalism.
