I arrived at 1:00 PM and waited until 2:30 PM for the barber (the older gentleman). During that entire time, he was on the phone and never attended to customers. After waiting for an hour and a half, I finally asked another barber if he could cut my hair, and he simply said “No.” There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to accommodate me after I had already waited so long.
