We came to this salon for a regular haircut and had to wait quite a while for our turn. The waiting time was frustrating, especially because customers were being made to wait even though the service itself did not seem to justify such a long delay. While we were waiting, I noticed a staff member repeatedly putting his hand inside his nose and then touching a customer’s face and hair without properly washing or sanitizing his hands. I arrived at 1:00 PM and waited until 2:30 PM for the barber (the older gentleman). During that entire time, he was on the phone and never attended to customers. After waiting for an hour and a half, I finally asked another barber if he could cut my hair, and he simply said “No.” There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to accommodate me after I had already waited so long.
